A graduate of Trenton State College, he completed graduate work at both Harvard and Rutgers. A New Jersey native, Roger now resides in California with his wife and three children. Roger`s effectiveness in presenting Major Account Management, Sales and Sales Management Skills, relies heavily on his experiences as a salesman, senior account manager, vice president of sales and marketing. In addition he has considerable experience as a venture start-up specialist and in field management consultant. Roger has worked successfully with companies that sell both tangibles and intangibles and has developed a unique insight into the factors that motivate people into action. His technical background provides him with insight into companies with highly technical products which must be sold in an increasingly competitive market, many times at value added prices over the competition. He is constantly striving toward his commitment - professionalism through education and experience. He is a regular contributor to the American Management Association and is recognized internationally as an accomplished platform speaker. His hobbies include golf, photography, motorcycles and taking vacations with his family wherever a warm beach can be found. |
